Kris+ : Earn MILES without a credit card

Yep you read the title right, you can earn Krisflyer miles to help fund your annual "because the Yen is weak" Japan trip. The best part is, you don't even need to have a credit card.

What is Kris+ ?

Kris+ is a loyalty program and mobile app by KrisFlyer, the frequent flyer program of Singapore Airlines. It offers a range of benefits including earning and redeeming KrisFlyer miles, exclusive rewards, and promotions.

Basically, your miles can be interchanged between Krisflyer and Kris+, depending on whether you want to use them to (i) redeem flights or to (ii) offset your in-store purchases!

Let's say you add the UOB Lady's Card to your Apple Pay and go for a nice meal at 665F Andaz, spending $250 by paying with KrisPay through the Kris+ App with Apple pay (are you confused yet?).

If you had chosen dining as your preferred category for the quarter, you would earn 4 mpd through your UOB Lady's card.

With some P4 Level math, it works out to be

UOB Lady's Card (250x4) + KrisPay (250x9) + $12 Rebate (750 miles) = 3,500 Kris Miles
